PHW’s Top 3 Must Hear Underground Cuts
As not much is going on today at digital stores with the stuff we usually share here at PHW, we’ve decided to share with you our Top 3 picks from more underground and techno oriented corner of dance music. All three are still quite fresh.
1. Diego Hostettler & Absent – She´s Not Worth It (Alexander Kowalski Remix) [Damage Music Berlin, release date: 11. April .2012]
This is definitely the biggest romper-stomper I’ve heard in awhile. Fat drive, with massive build ups and huge drops. Peak time track and a massive dance floor destryoer. [The snippet here is Kowalski's Bonus Mix. I am reffering to that one because the preview of his Remix is not available. Of course you can chech it at Beatport.]
2. Kristian Heikkila – 02 (Vince Watson Remix) [EPM Music, Release date: 02. April 2012]
Who is gonna stop this guy? Vince is definitely the man of the moment. After a huge success of his latest (more chill oriented) album ‘Every Soul Needs A Guide’, he is back on professional delivering of floor fillers. His remix of ’02′ is pumped with some heavy synths which create stunningly big atmosphere and a massive dance floor ride.
3. Marco Bailey – Stars & Shine (Original Mix) [Bedrock Records, Release date: 5. March 2012]
The last cut I offer to you is the last one just because it is the oldest one among these by the release date. Otherwise it deserves to be the first one as much as two previous ones. This one comes from a living levend – Marco Bailey. This one also produces damage on every dancefloor it touches. Also probably the most melodic track among these picks. Just play it and you be the judges!
