Embliss & Ad Brown – Oreon [Particles] [PSI1215] OUT NOW!

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicOn paper this looks like a truly amazing combination, and it really is something very special that these guys have come up with. We are of course talking about 2 of the most gifted producers in our genre, Tim Brandwijk aka Embliss, the Dutch star producers that this time has got together with UK & London bound producer and heavyweight DJ, Adam Brown aka Ad Brown. They got snapped up by the mighty Particles label, a division of Proton, with 2 stunning melodic tracks in the genre of progressive house. The title track called “Oreon” is a perfect example what this genre is about, fluid melodies, atmospheric builds and drops and effective work with the pads layered up, this is a sure hit for most of us.

With that said, we wondered if the guys could come up with something that could challenge the opening track and “Polaris” as the second track is called, is something that we really like here. With smooth melodies packed and layered on top on sweet pads, harmonic bass lines, this is sure something for all you guys that likes to play the uplifting stuff in your sets, I must say, I think this is such a strong release and would recommend everyone to support it in the digital stores, it would be well deserved!

Matt Fax – Invisible / Deadline [Balkan Connection] [BALKAN0164] OUT NOW!

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicYoung French star Matt Fax is just hitting us week after week with consistent progressive music, the way we love it. This time he got the attention and got signed from the universal label, called Balkan Connection. As an opener for this release you will see a track called “Invisible”. The track is a beautiful journey in how progressive music is built to perfection and I can’t say anything less that I really adore what this guy is doing at the moment. The track has the perfect fusion between the melodic style of progressive and the more aggressive side of it, it’s just the perfect match that you will get here.

The second track on the release, called “Deadline” is another story than the first one. This is a bit deeper, with more of an underground feel to the track; some really nice percussion is built from the French producer. We still will stay in the genre of progressive but with some tech house influences included, you will always have a spot for this one in your sets, and the break is just a massive electrifying one that will take your crowd to new heights. Well done once again Matt Fax!

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicBelgrade & Serbia native Stefan DJordjevic returns to Mistiquemusic with another rock solid production under his belt, then one called “Heartache”. For you that been following Stefan closely over the years knows that he is a producer known to build those deep and hypnotic underground progressive tracks, and we assure you, you got another one coming up today again.

With rock solid pads, noisy bass lines, smooth vocal samples and great FX, this is another one from him, built to perfection. Trust me, if you like the deep side of progressive, you will definitely dig this one!

German legend, Konstantin Alt aka Loquai is once again brought back (has he ever left) and gives his ideas to Stefans midis. He stays close to the original but adds a different twist to the bass line, and it gives the track a different flow and energy, as always he works the delays and reverbs perfectly.

He, like the other guys on the release is also well known for his great efforts on the EDM scene, to create to hypnotic moments with his tracks. [FREE DOWNLOAD] Stereopole & James Woods – We Know (Original Mix)

Written by Freddie. Posted in Free D-Loads, News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicSometimes you get just so amazed for what music some producers give away to their fans for free downloads. This just happened to me when I got this one sent to us to check out. But also, when I saw it was the 2 talented guys Stereopole & James Woods that were behind it, well then I kind of expected it. As always when these guys are involved you know you will get touched by smooth melodies and that my friends, is often what I need. Here they are with a free download from a recent collaboration between the guys.

With effective melodies, nice arpeggiated lines of music, smooth bass lines, well then you have a great result and I think it would be a big mistake from you to miss out on this one, if you normally dig what these guys produce; it’s up there with a lot of their other top productions, well done guys!

Dunkan – Sunny Breeze [Future Synth] [FSR14] OUT NOW!

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicOne of the fastest working guys on the progressive scene, Russian Arthur Dunkan is once again back with a new release on the market. This time he got the attention from Turkish label Future Synth Records, run by 21street.

You will see 2 originals in the release “Sunny Breeze” from Dunkan. The title track in an effective weapon and has that bumpy ride that includes some really cool and energetic melodies. This gives this track a great hook and blistering energy. 21street goes way darker, with adding some really cool effects that totally rebuilt the track. Aggressive techy sounds topped with a monster bass line and added vocal chops gives it another dimension.

The other original track is called “Rainbow” and is a more “normal” Dunkan production with smooth and bright melodies, just as we learnt to recognize from him. Some really cool effects is used through the track to give it a more interesting fell and twist. We sure like what this producer does and he never disappoints us, neither this time!

[FREE DOWNLOAD] Azulureus – Future Days Ahead (Original Mix)

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicA quite new producer on the scene, Azulureus is back again with some truly great work. With an up-tempo progressive house track named “Future Days Ahead” he shows his producing skills and that he has developed his sound. Noel as his real name is, once again shows that he isn’t afraid of experiment to see where the sounds will take him. He’s got great skills and you will soon see him out with quality music in the digital stores.

Expect chunky bass lines and cool melodies in a blend mix with effective FX to get you through this track, we really like what this young upcoming producer makes in the studio and we can’t wait to see more from him.

Piyush Awasthi – Saints [Liquid Grooves] [LQDG0083] OUT NOW!

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicWith his base in Dehli, India, Piyush Awasthi has built his reputation for quite some time now and here he makes a welcome return to the digital store with another fine and skillful production worth spending some money on. This time he got snapped up by the great label of Liquid Grooves.

This one is called “Saints” and is a track including some really shifting and moving sounds, especially on the bass line. On top of that you have some smooth melody lines built to give it an effective energy for the floors, it will be a great addition to the tracks in your sets we believe.

You will also have the chance to get few remixes also in this release. This time Argentinian producer Jonathan Ramonda gives the track a special treat, with his deep and hypnotic style of producing. I personally think this one sticks out the most in this package, deep and effective for sure.

Last but not least, another producer from Argentina is brought on, Sun H. This one is even deeper in its style, touching some of the tech house elements we sometimes see out on our progressive releases we try to meet you with here at Progressive House Worldwide. All together a nice solid release and these are all guys we expect to hear more from on future works, nice signing Liquid Grooves!

Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic – Red Velvet Pillow [Mistiquemusic] [MIST246] OUT NOW!

Written by Freddie. Posted in News

Image and video hosting by TinyPicOnce again we have the pleasure to introduce you to the beloved producers behind the installment of Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic. With almost legendary status on the progressive scene, they here once again hit us with their trademark sounds. With warm and rich pads layered up, that together with fat bass lines and rich melodies, well, they can’t fail after that and they don’t. It’s just so well produced once again.

To their help to “fill” the release, 3 stunning reworks are included. First up is the coming man on the scene, Ambeam from Poland. This is such a skillful production we must say. With groovy vibes and bass lines, to that a stunning hypnotic arpeggiated synth riff that brings this track to a whole new level for me. It’s just so exciting to hear this one and I can’t stop listening to it, it’s just a very rare production built to perfection. Ask me in 6 months’ time, and I believe I still will have this one in my Top 10 for the year; it’s just a damn nice and solid production!

Next up is Fernando Ferreyra, based in Rosario in Argentina. For those who have followed the progressive house scene for quite a while, you all know that this is a producer that always gives the tracks that little extra edge and he is doing it once again here. Like always, he pushes this track to the limits without crossing them. This is a deeper production, filled with great pace and energetic beats. As always the Argentinian delivers to the maximum!

Last but not least, another producer coming from Argentina, Lauturo Varela, he pushes it even further down in the underground basement. With dirty beats and a repetitive bass line this is just as deep and dark as we could expect. All together this is another fine example of the “Mistique style” and what the music behind the label is about!
